We had such a lovely morning today at Northwick Park for another Wembley Dog Community Walk! 🐶🌳
This time, five dogs joined us with their owners, and we had so much fun spending the morning together. We started with a nice big circle around Northwick Park, giving everyone plenty of opportunity to walk, chat and enjoy some fresh air.
Of course, the dogs had their fun too! We stopped on the field where they had some time to play, explore and enjoy being around their doggy friends. Some of the dogs had already met each other at previous community events, so it was really lovely to see them recognising and meeting each other again. ❤️ Even when dogs and their owners don't live particularly close to one another, our community walks give them the chance to keep those friendships going.
We finished our walk at the community garden, where we slowed things down with some sniffing games for the dogs. It was a lovely way for them to use their noses, have some mental stimulation and relax a little after all that walking and excitement.
By the end, I think we had five very happy — and probably very tired — dogs! 😴🐾
